A miserable journey to work this morning...having lost my umbrella the previous week..I was left with little choice but to take the car.
Where is all this rain coming from..it seems impossible to believe that somewhere on this planet there is the chance for the sun to do its work to get the water back up there..I can only think that todays rain that fell on my head came from an aussies puddle.

Tried to chat on messenger but you must have fallen in very deep puddle on the way to work, will check with emergency services later. Love your blogs but a bit worried you come across as having such a miserable life while I'm 'living it up in Spain'. I know this is true but you could put on a braver face for appearance sake, pull yourself together man. I'd love to see you in a pair of size 11 winkle-pickers, Tim Lovejoy wears them and he hasn't got a Peter Pan complex (not much, only wears drainpipe jeans and goes snowboarding)at his age, I mean, really!

Hello Nerys, just sent you an e-mail. Yes Tim Lovejoy,another middle-aged Chelsea fan, usually on the box on Sunday lunchtime. Thought Dave could check out his style and see if the narrower shoe may be something he would consider (bunions could be a problem though)
